Registered Massage Therapy Fees (Rates)

Your appointment is a combination of the following services: consultation, assessment, treatment, exercise, homecare and patient education. Longer appointments are available for special circumstances and should be discussed with Kelly.

All prices include taxes:

Registered Massage Therapy  Rates:

60-minute appointment                                $105.

45-minute appointment                                $85.

30-minute appointment                                $60.

Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. Kelly requires 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the appointment time fee, and no receipt will be given to claim under the insurance.

Insurance Coverage

Private / Extended Insurance

• Most workplace group insurance plans cover massage therapy treatments when performed by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Kelly Pearce is a Registered Massage Therapist and therefore will be covered by those extended health plans.
• Most extended health policies require the patient to pay the private rate first and then send their receipt/s in for reimbursement. Patients will be provided receipts for all visits. (Receipts can be emailed or given at the time of treatment for submission).

ICBC

• Not Accepting ICBC Claims At This Time

RCMP

• RCMP members are covered for Massage Therapy treatments and will bill RCMP directly. You will be required to fill out a RCMP treatment form at the time of your visit, or alternately you may bring your completed form with you.
